Our Story
The Angel Fund was started by David and Tracie Hogan to benefit the animals
at Montgomery County Animal Care and Control in Clarksville, TN.
This shelter receives hundreds of stray and owner surrender animals each month.
Our goal is to assist animals with injuries or special needs with vetting
and other services to prepare them for rescue or adoption.
